MCrashCraft – Terms of Service (TOS) Effective Date: 3/21/2026 Welcome to MCrashCraft. By using our services—including website hosting, email hosting, server hosting, domain services, and any related products—you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of the MCrashCraft platform.

1. Introduction MCrashCraft provides digital services including: •     Website Hosting •     Email Hosting •     Server Hosting (Game servers, application servers, etc.) •     Domain registration and management (via Internet.bs) •     Account and billing management (via FOSSBilling) •     Control panel access (via HestiaCP and Pterodactyl) By accessing or using any MCrashCraft service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility You must: •     Be at least 13 years old (COPPA‑compliant) •     Be legally able to enter into agreements in your region •     Provide accurate account information Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) You agree NOT to use MCrashCraft services for: Prohibited Content •     Illegal activities under U.S., Ohio, or international law •     Malware, viruses, botnets, or harmful software •     DDoS attacks or network abuse •     Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without permission •     Hate speech, harassment, or threats •     Child exploitation or any sexually explicit content involving minors •     Fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation •     Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission Prohibited Server Uses •     Stress testing tools •     Open proxies or VPN exit nodes •     Email spam or mass unsolicited messaging •     Hosting content that violates the policies of Internet.bs, HestiaCP, or Pterodactyl. Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Service Availability MCrashCraft aims to provide stable and reliable hosting. However: •     Uptime is not guaranteed •     Scheduled maintenance may occur •     Unforeseen outages may occur •     Third‑party services (Internet.bs, FOSSBilling, HestiaCP, Pterodactyl) may impact availability We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

5. Billing & Payments Billing is handled through FOSSBilling. You agree that: •     All payments are final unless otherwise stated •     Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension •     Services may be suspended for non‑payment •     Prices may change with notice Refunds Refunds are issued only at MCrashCraft’s discretion.

6. Domains (Internet.bs) Domains purchased or managed through MCrashCraft follow: •     Internet.bs policies •     ICANN regulations •     Regional domain registry rules MCrashCraft is not responsible for domain loss due to: •     Expired renewals •     Incorrect WHOIS information •     Registry actions

7. Data & Privacy We respect your privacy. We do NOT: •     Sell your data •     Share your data with advertisers •     Access your files unless required for support or abuse investigations We DO: •     Store necessary account information •     Use secure billing through FOSSBilling •     Use encrypted connections where possible •     Follow applicable U.S. and Ohio privacy laws You are responsible for securing your own passwords and login credentials.

8. Customer Responsibilities You agree to: •     Maintain backups of your data •     Keep your login credentials secure •     Follow all AUP and TOS rules •     Ensure your hosted content complies with laws and regulations •     Report security issues responsibly MCrashCraft is not responsible for customer‑caused data loss.

9. Suspension & Termination We may suspend or terminate your service if: •     You violate the TOS or AUP •     You fail to pay for services •     Your service poses a security risk •     You engage in illegal or abusive behavior Severe violations may result in immediate termination.

10. Liability Limitations To the fullest extent permitted by law: •     MCrashCraft is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or damages •     Services are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available” •     You use our services at your own risk

11. Third‑Party Software MCrashCraft uses: •     FOSSBilling for billing •     HestiaCP for hosting control •     Pterodactyl for game server management •     Internet.bs for domain services These platforms have their own terms and policies. By using MCrashCraft, you also agree to comply with those third‑party terms.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MCrashCraft services means you accept the updated Terms.
